Beginners Online Mindfulness MBSR Course
When is the course?
The next online course will run on
Wednesdays 7.30pm - 9pm
Starting on 6th May until 24th June (8 weeks)
Where is the course?
In the comfort of your own home, online via Zoom. Once you have booked, I will arrange a 1-2-1 Zoom session with you, where I can explain what to expect from the course and to answer any questions you may have.
Zoom is very easy to access and I will be happy to help you, if you would like me to.
This group course will run with a maximum of 6 participants.
How much does the course cost?
The usual cost of a face-to-face group course is £350.
During the period of Coronavirus lock down and self-isolation, I am offering the course at a special price of £150.
I do not wish for money to be a barrier to learning this valuable skill, so if you are struggling financially and would like to attend this course, please contact me to discuss a reduced rate.

There will be a maximum of 6 participants to ensure quality of teaching and learning. We will have a 30 minute online consultation before the first session, to meet each other and so that I can gain an understanding of how you are and your reasons for signing up for the course.
