Coffee & Mindfulness
You are invited to join Mindfulness trainer, Jo Clarke for a coffee & mindfulness taster session.
This is a free event where you can meet, discuss and to ask any questions you have about mindfulness and how it might be useful during these challenging times.

Each session will last for 30 minutes 11am - 11.30am - the perfect time for a break!
Jo will facilitate the session and will guide you through a short mindfulness practice that you can use immediately and at any time.
