I offer counselling in Norwich – The space I use for my appointments is private and comfortable and you will be very welcome.
You can choose to attend in-person counselling appointments with me in Norwich. I work from home just off Pottergate in Norwich City Centre, Monday – Thursday 10am – 8pm and Friday at various times.
My aim within each appointment is to offer you the confidential, safe space to talk about struggles, difficulties and concerns that you have. This might include difficult relationships, bereavement, low self-esteem, lack of confidence, anger management, decision-making, past trauma, low mood, depression, anxiety.
Appointments are for 50 minutes and cost £50.
Person-centred counselling is based on the belief that you are the expert of you. With the support of a counsellor, you can better understand yourself, reach decisions and to move forwards in the direction you wish to go in.
