Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an intensive Mindfulness Training course used to help people manage stress, anxiety, depression and physical pain.

9th & 30th June @ 1pm – 5pm
23rd June @ 1pm – 7pm (longer practice day)

What happens during the course?

  • Jo will guide you through various mindfulness practices and MBSR curriculum
  • You will be given home practice to complete in between the sessions, which is an important element of the course
  • You will have time and space to reflect on your experiences of practicing mindfulness throughout the sessions
