These workshops are offered a a 2-hour group face-to-face or, a 90 minute group online experiential workshop, introducing participants to how mindfulness can be integrated into the working day. Using a presentation, practical exercises and reflective discussion, participants will leave the workshop feeling rested and with an better understanding of how mindfulness training can support them to improve their well-being and quality of life.
During this workshop, participants will learn a variety of introductory mindfulness practices that can be integrated into the working day. The format of the workshop will vary depending on the company, sector, environment and participants.
