This Mindfulness and Self-Compassion Retreat offers you the opportunity to learn, practice and deepen your existing mindfulness practice or, to begin your mindfulness journey. Everyone is welcome!

This Retreat is taking place on St. Valentine’s Day (Friday, 14th February 2020), for you to give yourself a Self-Compassion Break. If you have never experienced a Self-Compassion break, you might be surprised to know that this is something that you can offer yourself regularly to prevent fatigue, exhaustion and burnout.

Our Mindfulness retreats offer you the opportunity to learn or relearn mindfulness practices within a relaxed, supportive environment with like-minded people. You’ll typically spend the day in a variety of silent practices and reflection exercises. We try to ensure our venues and locations are peaceful and conducive to focused practice.

Our Mindfulness and Self-Compassion Day Retreat is being held at a beautiful venue in the Buckinghamshire countryside; The College Farm, Long Crendon nr Aylesbury and Thame.
