Mindfulness Top-up sessions
Online top-up sessions are suitable for anyone who has completed an 8-week Mindfulness course.
During the 60 minute session, I will guide two mindfulness meditations and you will be given the opportunity to reflect on your practice, if you wish.
Please note: Reflection and talking within the group is an invitation. Most people who participate benefit greatly from hearing other people’s experiences as it helps us to realise and remember our common humanity (we all have busy minds at times and we can all feel stressed!) We can practice offering compassion whilst listening and talking to one another mindfully.
These sessions are on the following dates. Please book ahead to prevent disappointment, I will be limiting numbers for a small group:

Thursday, 23rd June at 7.30pm – 8.30pm
