Creating calm in uncertain times – Online Mindfulness Top-up Sessions

Whilst the world is in lockdown due to Covid-19, Coronavirus, I am offering Mindfulness sessions during the week and on Saturdays to everyone who has completed the Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Course or, attended an Introduction to Mindfulness Day Retreat. 

Each session will be 30 minutes and will take place on:

Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Fridays
at 8am – 8.30am
& 5.30pm – 6pm

Saturdays at
10am-10.30am
& 2pm – 2.30pm

Monthly Calm Pass

A monthly pass allows you access to all the sessions (for example; the April Calm Pass includes 32 sessions that take you up to and including Saturday, 2nd May 2020). 

I will send you a zoom link and instructions once payment has been made. Zoom is very easy to use and it is encyrpted.

Individual Sessions

If you would like to pick and choose the sessions you attend, you can book a date individually. The charge is by donation.
